In-home estimate
We come out, measure every room, look at the ductwork and electrical, and review what is currently in the home. The visit takes about an hour and is free.

Load calculation and proposal
We run a Manual J heat-load calculation and put together a written proposal with two or three equipment options laid out side by side. Cash and finance pricing both shown.

Install day
Most residential installs are done in one to two days. The crew protects floors and walkways, hauls the old equipment off-site, and walks you through the new system before they leave.

Start-up and follow-up
We commission the system, verify refrigerant charge by subcooling, calibrate the thermostat, and register the manufacturer warranty in your name. We check back at the 30-day mark.

How quickly can someone come out for an estimate?
Most estimate requests are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours. If you call before noon, we can usually have someone at the property the same day. Emergency repair calls run on a 24/7 dispatch line.
Are estimates really free?
Yes. In-home estimates for installation, replacement, and mini-split projects are free. We do not charge a trip fee on quotes. Diagnostic visits for repair work carry a service call fee that is waived if you have us do the repair.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH, and personal checks on completed work. Financing is available through a third-party finance partner with both short-term promotional and longer-term fixed-rate options.
Do you handle emergency calls after hours?
Yes. The dispatch line is staffed 24 hours a day. After-hours residential calls carry a modest after-hours service fee that is disclosed when you call. Most after-hours work is repair, not install.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes, on a limited basis. We handle light commercial AC installs and replacements for small offices, retail spaces, and similar properties. Larger rooftop unit projects are reviewed case-by-case to make sure we are the right fit.
What manufacturers do you install?
We install most major North American AC manufacturers including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Bryant, York, American Standard, Mitsubishi Electric, and Daikin. The recommendation depends on the home, the budget, and what's available in the right capacity at the right time.
Do I need to be home during the install?
An adult should be on site at the start of the day and at the end for the walk-through, but you do not need to sit on top of the crew. The middle of the install day is usually quiet for the homeowner. We text the lead's number so you can step out if you need to.
How do warranty claims work?
Two warranties cover most installs. The manufacturer warranty on the equipment covers parts, usually 10 years if registered. Our labor warranty covers our workmanship for five years. Both are documented in writing at install close-out.
